Susie Engels
RN, BSN

Susie grew up in Colwich, KS. She attended and graduated from Andale High School. 

Her nursing education began at Bethel College where she played volleyball while working on her nursing degree. She earned her associate nursing degree at Kansas Newman College in Wichita, KS and later furthered her nursing education, by completing her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Tabor College. 

Her nursing career began by working at the hospital in a cardiovascular step down unit. Susie also gained nursing experience by working in a multispecialty clinic, providing geriatric care in home health and eventually becoming the Director of Nursing for that home health company. Susie also worked in Pharmaceutical Sales gaining marketing and business knowledge for her future endeavors. 

In 2006 she founded Reflection Living with Jennifer Maul and together dedicated themselves to providing excellent care in senior living homes for adults in safe, healthy and social enriching environments. 

Jennifer was born in Des Moines, IA and moved to Kansas at the age of 3. She grew up in Wichita until age 11 when she moved to Arkansas City, KS, where she graduated High School. 

Jennifer completed her pre-nursing curriculum at Cowley County Community College and Kansas State University. She was then accepted to Wichita State Universities Nursing Program where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. 

Since graduating, Jennifer's nursing career has consisted of hospital, clinic, home health and hospice nursing as well as being a community liaison and a business development team leader. 

In 2006, Jennifer and Susie Engels founded Reflection Living with hopes of growing in Wichita and the surrounding areas in Kansas, providing excellent care to Kansas Seniors and providing them with a beautiful place to live.
